Neues Deutsches Kino
In this section, “Kalter Hund,” starring Kathrin Anna Stahl, Johanna Bittenbinder, and Christiane Bärwald, will premiere on July 2 at City 1. In addition, the film “Erinnerung eines Waldes” will be shown at City 1 on June 28. The screenplay was written by Katharina Rabl and Karla Cristóbal.

Spotlight
As part of the Spotlight series, the film “A Walk to Syracuse,” directed by Lars Jessen, will have its premiere in Munich. The film is based on the short story of the same name by Friedrich Christian Delius.

We are delighted to announce that we are now representing Markus Brandl as an actor. Markus is a regular cast member of the popular ZDF series “Die Bergretter,” and he also appears in various other TV shows and films. In addition, he has been playing the role of ‘Simmerl’ in “Der Brandner Kaspar und das ewig' Leben” at the Volkstheater München since 2005. Welcome, dear Markus!

Alexander Dierbach is celebrating the premiere of two films at this year’s Munich Film Festival. First, the thriller *The Invisible Witness* (itv Studios GmbH, Epo Film / ARD Degeto) will screen on June 30 and July 5. The family drama “Ein Ort, der sich zuhause nennt,” based on the novel by Astrid Ruppert (Bantry Bay Productions GmbH, ARD Degeto, SWR, ORF, HR, Lemonpie Film), will screen on July 1 and July 5, 2026.

The crime series “Das Vergessen,” starring Regula Grauwiller, will premiere on June 30 and July 3 at the Munich Film Festival (casting: Nicole Schmied). In addition, the drama “Elodie,” starring Hannes Hellmann, will screen on June 29 and July 4, 2026 (casting: Marc Schötteldreier).

A bachelorette party turns deadly and draws the trio deep into a family web of lies and secrets, love and betrayal. Pauline Angert plays the role of Romy Eggers. Premiering April 21 on RTL+. Casting: The Cast.
